Important: These rules are provided as a starting point and have not yet been reviewed by a licensed attorney. The Audible Board strongly recommends consulting a legal professional before participating or accepting prizes.

1. Skill-Based Contest — Not Gambling

The Perfect 32 is a skill-based contest. Winners are determined by the accuracy of participants' fantasy football rankings relative to official NFL season statistics. This contest is not a lottery, sweepstakes, or game of chance. Entry requires knowledge, judgment, and skill in evaluating NFL player performance.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, where skill-based contests are permitted by applicable law. Void where prohibited. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to determine whether participation is legal in their jurisdiction. Employees of The Audible Board, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry

Entry fee is $1.00 USD per board. Multiple entries are permitted. Each entry constitutes a separate board submission. All entries must be submitted before the first game of the NFL regular season. No entries will be accepted after the deadline under any circumstances. Entry fees are non-refundable once submitted.

4. How To Play

Participants must select and rank exactly 8 players at each of the following positions in order: Quarterback (QB), Running Back (RB), Wide Receiver (WR), and Tight End (TE). Rankings must reflect the participant's prediction of the top 8 season-long fantasy point scorers at each position for the entire NFL regular season.

5. Scoring

Final standings are determined after the completion of NFL Week 18 using official season-long fantasy point totals under the following scoring system: Half PPR (0.5 points per reception), passing touchdowns worth 4 points, rushing and receiving touchdowns worth 6 points, interceptions thrown minus 2 points, fumbles lost minus 2 points, passing yards 0.04 points per yard, rushing and receiving yards 0.10 points per yard. Points are awarded per pick as follows: Exact position match = 10 points. Off by 1 position = 7 points. Off by 2 positions = 4 points. Off by 3 positions = 2 points. Off by 4 or more positions = 0 points. Maximum possible score is 320 points across all 32 picks.

6. Prize Structure

Grand Prize: 50% of the total entry fee pool, awarded to the participant(s) achieving a perfect score of 320 points. If multiple participants achieve a perfect score, the Grand Prize pool is split equally among all perfect scorers. Best Board Award: 10% of the total entry fee pool, awarded to the participant with the highest score in the event that no participant achieves a perfect score of 320 points. If multiple participants tie for the highest score, the Best Board Award is split equally among all tied participants. Perfect Position Award: One free entry into the following year's contest, awarded to any participant who correctly predicts the exact top 8 fantasy point scorers in exact order at any single position, regardless of their overall score. In the event no participant achieves a perfect board, the Best Board Award becomes the top prize. No rollover of prize money to future contests.

7. Prize Distribution

Prizes will be distributed within 30 days of the completion of NFL Week 18. Winners will be contacted via the email address used at registration. The Audible Board reserves the right to require winners to provide proof of identity before prize distribution. Prizes are non-transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Official Scoring Source

Official fantasy point totals will be determined using data from a designated official scoring provider as selected by The Audible Board. In the event of a data discrepancy, The Audible Board's determination of official point totals shall be final and binding.

9. Player Availability and Injuries

No adjustments will be made to scoring or results due to player injuries, suspensions, retirements, trades, or any other circumstances affecting player availability or performance during the season. All participants accept this risk at the time of entry.

10. Contest Cancellation

The Audible Board reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this contest at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, acts of God, labor disputes, or changes in applicable law. In the event of cancellation prior to the NFL season, entry fees will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after the season has begun, prizes will be awarded based on standings at the time of cancellation at The Audible Board's sole discretion.

11. No Refunds

All entry fees are final and non-refundable once a board has been submitted and payment has been processed. This includes cases where a participant is dissatisfied with their picks, makes an error in submission, or is ineligible to receive a prize due to jurisdictional restrictions.

12. Disputes

Any disputes regarding contest results, scoring, or prize distribution must be submitted in writing to The Audible Board within 30 days of the official results announcement. The Audible Board's decision on all disputes is final and binding. By entering this contest, participants waive the right to pursue disputes through litigation and agree to binding arbitration in the state of Missouri under applicable Missouri law.

The Audible Board, its owners, operators, and affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in this contest, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical failures, inaccurate data, or reliance on contest results for any purpose.
